Sixteen direct answers about Grave Robber, the instant win game by Pixmove. Everything below refers to that game — not the Steam title of the same name, and not the itch.io indie games that share it.
Disambiguation first: “Grave Robber” is a crowded name. There is a Steam game called Grave Robber, several itch.io indie games, a board game and a film. This page is about none of them. It covers the Pixmove instant win game released in July 2026, in which you dig for treasure, build a multiplier and cash out before a skull ends the round.
This site covers Grave Robber by Pixmove, an instant win cash-out game released in July 2026. It is not the Steam title of the same name, and it is not any of the itch.io indie games called Grave Robber. The name is common; the game described here is the Pixmove one, played for money at online casinos and available as a free browser demo.
No. Grave Robber has no reels, no paylines, no free spins and no scatters. Pixmove lists it in the Instant category. You place one bet, then dig repeatedly; each piece of treasure adds its value to a running multiplier, and you cash out with the TAKE button before a skull ends the round. It is a cash-out ladder, not a slot machine.
The published return to player is 95%, meaning the game keeps roughly five units in every hundred staked across the very long run. That figure is an average over hundreds of thousands of rounds, not a prediction for your session. A demo run of forty or four hundred rounds tells you nothing reliable about it in either direction.
The advertised cap is x5,000, and it is realistic only on HARD. Because the multiplier grows about 37% per dig on HARD, reaching x5,000 takes roughly 26 successful digs. On EASY, at about 7% per dig, it would take around 125 digs, which the round structure never allows. Treat x5,000 as a HARD-mode-only outcome.
The full symbol values for all three difficulties, side by side, are on the RTP and paytable page.
Rather just see it than read about it? Grave Robber runs free in the browser — no download, no account — with all three difficulties unlocked.
Play Grave RobberEverything. Difficulty is chosen before the round and swaps both the paytable and the ladder growth rate. EASY opens at x1.04 and gains about 7% per dig, with a top symbol worth +3x. MEDIUM opens at x1.13 and gains about 13%. HARD opens at x1.32, gains about 37%, and its top symbol is worth +125x.
The round is normally lost, and the accumulated multiplier goes with it. There is one reprieve: a six-sided die is rolled by a skeleton hand. Its faces carry skulls and a single red heart. Land the heart and the character survives, keeping the multiplier already banked, and digging continues. Any other face ends the round and the bet is lost.
The die is the second chance after a skull. It has six faces, five showing skulls and one showing a red heart, which implies roughly a one in six save. The roll happens automatically; there is nothing to choose. A save was recorded at x1.32 on HARD, after which the round continued with that multiplier intact.
The coffin is the reward for surviving all the way down to the crypt at the end of the round. It is filled with jewels and doubles the accumulated multiplier by a flat x2, the same on every difficulty. A vertical progress bar on the right of the screen tracks how far the descent has left to go.
ONE LAST GAMBLE is an optional 50/50 double-or-nothing offered on the final win, labelled in game as double your win or lose it all. Taking it doubles the amount or removes it entirely, with no partial outcome. It is genuinely even money, so it neither helps nor hurts the expected return; it only increases the swing.
Nothing. The bet is deducted once, at the start of the round, and digging is then free until the round ends. This surprises players who expect a per-dig charge. It means the only cost decision is the stake you set before pressing SPIN, and the only in-round decision is when to press TAKE.
Each mechanic is covered at length on the game features page, and the round sequence from bet to cash-out is on the how to play guide.
Nothing changes the 95% return, because no decision affects the odds of a skull. What a strategy can change is the shape of your results. A fixed cash-out target, chosen before the round and taken every time, converts a game of nerve into a rule. Break-even survival per dig is about 93.5% on EASY, 88.5% on MEDIUM and 73% on HARD.
Yes. Pixmove publishes a playable demo on its own game page, reached with the PLAY DEMO button. It runs on a play-money balance with no account, no deposit and no download. All three difficulties are selectable and every mechanic is present, including the dice, the coffin and autoplay. Winnings in the demo cannot be withdrawn.
No. There is no official Grave Robber APK, no Google Play listing and no App Store app, and we have found no evidence one exists. The game is a browser build that Pixmove lists as adaptive for desktop, mobile and tablet. Any third-party site offering a Grave Robber APK download should be treated as untrusted.
More on orientation, data use and home-screen shortcuts on the mobile play page; the demo is covered in detail on the free demo page.
Grave Robber was developed by Pixmove, which lists it in its Instant category alongside its other cash-out titles. This site is independent and has no affiliation with Pixmove; the numbers published here were recorded from the publicly available demo rather than supplied by the developer.
July 2026, according to the Pixmove game page. That makes it a very new title, which is why almost nothing reliable has been written about it and why search results for the name are still dominated by unrelated games and films. Expect the game to appear at more operators as it is rolled out.
Pixmove lists two languages for Grave Robber: English and Spanish. There is no official localisation beyond those two at the time of writing. The interface is mostly numbers and icons, so the language barrier is small in practice, but the rules text and the autoplay stop-rule settings are only available in English and Spanish.
The three pages below cover almost everything else. If a claim on this site is not sourced to the Pixmove game page or to recorded demo play, it is not here — including the widely repeated but incorrect claim that Grave Robber has a falling pickaxe mechanic with durability tiers. It does not. That belongs to a different game.
